Due to real life commitments of the moderators of the carnival, we are extending the deadline for the fourth edition to 1 November 2009.

We hope this will also give our participants more time to… participate. I would especially like say that we very much welcome submissions from women of South, South-East, Central and Near East Asian descent as well as East Asian descent, of all gender, sexual, political and class identities.
